Lead Stylist – Retail Store

About the role

The Lead Stylist will champion the Levi's® brand at the University Village store in Seattle, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model and coach team members on customer service, sales techniques, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Coach and train staff on LS&CO selling practices and authentic customer service.
• Maintain operational excellence by stocking the floor, handling visual merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness.
• Drive a positive, engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle heavy merchandise (up to 40 lb), move around the store, and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Open‑minded, proactive, and consumer‑centric attitude.
• Willingness to follow all Levi’s® store policies and directives.
