Lead Stylist – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Monroe, OH store at Cincinnati Premium Outlets. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations while coaching your team to deliver authentic service.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach best practices in customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Assist with product flow to the floor, store operations, and visual displays.
• Lead a positive, engaging shopping environment and drive key initiatives.
• Serve as a key holder and handle core responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
