Lead Stylist / Key Holder – Florida Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist/Key Holder for its Florida Mall store in Orlando. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model and coach a premium customer experience while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through coaching and modeling best practices.
• Assist the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Support store operations, including product replenishment, visual merchandising, and floor presentation.
• Train and mentor team members on Levi’s selling techniques and brand standards.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Adheres to company policies and follows store management directives.
