About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Cincinnati Premium Outlets store in Monroe, OH. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to provide outstanding service and meet sales targets.
• Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales opportunities and visual merchandising.
• Assist with product placement, store operations, and maintaining visual standards.
• Lead a positive shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
• Handle store responsibilities such as key holder duties, inventory movement, and lifting up to 40 lb.
