Lead Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a motivated Lead Registered Behavior Technician to join our Lancaster, PA team. You will provide direct ABA services to children while mentoring new technicians and supporting clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics, following individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, maintain client program books, and implement behavior support plans.
• Mentor and train new behavior technicians, assist BCBAs with assessments and fidelity monitoring.
• Support clinic activities such as material creation, front‑desk duties, and report writing when needed.
• Travel between client sites and cover substitute hours as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 40‑hour RBT training certificate and current RBT certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• In the process of completing required BACB experience hours.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Implementation of behavior support and instructional plans.
• Report writing.
