Lead Product Manager, Consumer

About the role

Posh is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the consumer app experience, focusing on event and social discovery. You will shape the re‑engagement loop that turns first‑time attendees into repeat users across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for consumer discovery.
• Collaborate with UX research, design, GTM, and leadership to translate insights into shippable bets and prototypes.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept through launch, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Align consumer engagement initiatives with organizer success to create a two‑sided marketplace flywheel.
• Measure impact of experiments and iterate based on data‑driven metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in consumer‑focused, marketplace environments.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, high‑leverage problem spaces.
• Strong ability to balance visionary thinking with disciplined execution.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in New York City.
