Lead Product Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer for Stream, a new conversational interface. This role touches every aspect of the end‑user experience—including UI/UX, multimodal interactions, agentic control, information representation, and personality. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers, machine‑learning engineers, and founders to lead the design of a new computer.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design spanning visual, AI, and interaction design, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Ideate, prototype, and evaluate novel software features, iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Work closely with engineers and product teams to scope, prioritize, and implement new experiences that align with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Experience developing design systems across multiple platforms, delivering cohesive visual language and component libraries.
• Demonstrated passion for large language models and novel form factors, with a track record of exploring cutting‑edge interaction paradigms.
• Portfolio of prior work showcasing relevant design projects, including UI/UX, multimodal interfaces, and AI‑driven experiences.
