About the role

As a Lead Nortridge Loan System (NLS) Developer, you will own the development and evolution of a core loan‑servicing platform that powers financial access for thousands of customers. You will work in a modern, AI‑enhanced engineering environment and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing platform.
• Analyze business requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions using AI‑assisted tools.
• Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality.
• Design and implement loan templates, user‑defined fields, and business rule logic.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform data analysis, and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and reporting.
