Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize scientific problems where AI can deliver the greatest acceleration.
• Convert high‑potential concepts into well‑scoped, testable projects with clear milestones.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments using Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Science tools.
• Collaborate with research, product, and go‑to‑market teams to shape strategy and bring scientific work to market.
• Act as a trusted scientific voice, communicating findings to technical and business audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience moving ideas from concept to results in a high‑growth life‑sciences environment or a science‑focused investment firm.
• Background as a founding team member or early employee of a biotechnology startup.
• Strong scientific intuition and entrepreneurial instinct, with a track record of spotting and acting on emerging opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with speed and ownership.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI research tools, specifically Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Science.
