About the role

Since 1973, R.J. Kielty has been Tampa Bay's trusted name in home services. We're growing — and looking for a Lead HVAC Service Technician ready to lead, mentor, and build a real career with us.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair the toughest residential HVAC issues.
  • Train and mentor apprentice technicians as we grow our team.
  • Build strong customer relationships and educate on options.
  • Keep accurate documentation in ServiceTitan.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of HVAC service/troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset.
  • Clean driving record, able to pass background check.
  • Track record of low callbacks, high customer satisfaction.
