Lead Generation Specialist – Dental (International)

About the role

Clipboard is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to grow its dental workforce worldwide. You will source, engage, and onboard dental professionals, helping them succeed on our app‑based marketplace while supporting the rapid expansion of our healthcare staffing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and source new dental workers through online platforms, job portals, and social media.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Clipboard app to prospective dental workers.
• Engage deeply with dental professionals to uncover their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Build credibility and rapport, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, shift booking, and ongoing support.
• Rapidly fill new and urgent shifts in assigned markets by coordinating with both dental workers and dental offices.

Required profile

• Willingness to hustle and take initiative without fear.
• Experience communicating with English‑speaking clients via text, email, or phone.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection and a reliable computer workstation (laptop or desktop).
• Based outside the US, Canada, UK, New Zealand, or Australia and able to work US time zones.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
