About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Lead Generation & LinkedIn Research Specialist to support our recruitment business remotely. The role is part‑time, flexible, and focuses on building high‑quality prospect lists for business development and recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Source potential candidates and prospects using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Identify and research prospective clients to create targeted lead lists.
• Utilise ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to gather accurate contact and company information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure completeness of all entries.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Support recruitment and business development teams with reliable research.

Required profile

• Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn sourcing.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar lead‑generation tools.
• Strong internet research and data‑validation skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written English and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
