Lead Facilities Planning

About the role

The Lead Facilities Planning professional will guide the planning, programming, and schematic design of capital improvement projects across the corporate campus. This role blends interior design expertise with space planning, ensuring that each project aligns with business needs, brand standards, and budgetary goals while supporting the overall mission of Purina.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, programming, and schematic design services for capital improvement projects, including finish and material selection.
• Develop layout, furniture planning, and design documentation for smaller pocket projects.
• Maintain and update campus facilities standards for furniture, signage, artwork, and materials.
• Support move‑management activities using SAP and Integrated Workplace Management Systems.
• Partner with internal clients, external vendors, and the Site Services group to communicate priorities and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of design or project‑management experience.
• 5+ years of experience using AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
