Lead Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive technology projects for its Communications, Media and Technology unit. The role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on delivering digital, cloud and AI‑first solutions for telecom clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, identify and resolve resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in adhering to SDLC processes and aligning deliverables with client specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in creating project budgets that reflect scope, strategy and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, estimate effort, obtain approvals and secure sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Progressive experience in technology consulting, preferably in telecom or OSS/BSS domains.
• Proactive risk‑management mindset and ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication skills to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
