About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program serving ages 16‑24 in Wilmington, Delaware.

Key responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students throughout residential spaces, including dormitories, recreation and dining areas.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.
Offer oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group sessions.
Support student development, emotional well‑being, and intervene in crises as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while upholding professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

Active licensure in Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
