Large Enterprise Sales Director, Rockies

About the role

Semperis is looking for a Large Enterprise Sales Director to own and grow its presence across the Rockies region (CO, AZ, UT, NV). This individual contributor role focuses on opening strategic conversations, building senior relationships, and converting complex opportunities into wins for a leading identity‑first security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the large‑enterprise sales strategy across the territory, driving net‑new and expansion revenue.
• Create pipeline through direct prospecting, executive engagement, and partner development.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk functions.
• Collaborate closely with channel, alliance, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, BDRs, and Marketing to move opportunities forward.
• Apply a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC) for qualification, deal strategy, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or related technology solutions.
• Proven track record of winning complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to large enterprises and engaging C‑suite and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a high‑growth environment while collaborating across teams.
