Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level)

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The role aligns the processes and technology that make information sharing happen, shaping workflows, managing content and records systems and ensuring the right intelligence reaches the right people across every network. The position is contingent on contract award, business needs, security clearance verification and funding availability, and is scheduled 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production
• Administer and improve centralized and peripheral databases, content management and records management systems
• Shape workflows so that search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data serve the mission
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and identify future knowledge management requirements
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• 8+ years of relevant knowledge management experience, with recent experience in the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Hands-on experience with content management, records management and workflow tools
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across analytic and technical teams
• Safety-sensitive position; drug-free workplace with pre-hire drug screening required

Preferred qualifications

• AI experience if applicable to the program
• Prior DIA or IC experience
• SharePoint, records management or content management certifications
• Cross-domain dissemination experience
