About the role

PwC is seeking a Kinaxis Solutions Architect, Manager to lead the optimisation of supply‑chain operations within its Operations Consulting practice. In this client‑facing position you will analyse processes, design improvement strategies and guide the implementation of technology‑driven, data‑rich solutions that deliver end‑to‑end visibility and agility.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply‑chain processes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency.
• Develop operational strategies that streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Guide teams in optimising supply‑chain operations and improving end‑to‑end visibility.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to create a connected, agile supply‑chain network.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Coach and develop team members, encouraging them to use their strengths and expand their skills.
• Address client and stakeholder issues, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Establish optimal inventory levels and distribution channels for cost management.
• Implement supply‑chain transformation initiatives to drive business performance.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on supply‑chain optimisation.
