Key Holder – Luxury Retail Sales Leader

About the role

Purplebrand is seeking a full‑time Key Holder to lead the sales floor of its New York City boutique. The role blends sales leadership, client relationship management, and day‑to‑day store operations to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs such as Sales Volume, Units Per Transaction, and Average Transaction Value.
• Provide personalized styling, product expertise, and relationship‑building to ensure best‑in‑class client experiences.
• Coach and motivate associates on selling techniques, clienteling, and service standards.
• Develop and maintain a robust local and international client book through phone, text, email, and social outreach.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, manage floor coverage, and support visual merchandising and stock organization.
• Assist management with onboarding, training, and performance feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in luxury, contemporary, or premium retail.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver strong clienteling results.
• Passion for fashion, culture, and delivering elevated service.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
