Key Accounts Associate

About the role

Codes Health is looking for a proactive Key Accounts Associate to manage a portfolio of high‑value law‑firm clients. You will monitor request status, audit data, and ensure timely delivery of medical records, acting as the primary point of contact for critical customer workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor request‑level metrics across key accounts, identifying aging, stalled, or at‑risk items.
• Conduct systematic account audits to catch incomplete returns, misrouted responses, and data gaps before customers notice.
• Build and maintain the data layer for each account, providing turnaround, volume, and performance analysis.
• Drive escalations with the retrieval team on urgent or blocked requests and follow through to resolution.
• Prepare all customer touchpoints, including call briefs, visit materials, and quarterly review decks.
• Translate recurring account issues into concrete, data‑driven requests for product and engineering teams.
• Participate in customer calls and visits, taking ownership of account relationships as you ramp up.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a similarly demanding analytical role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for spotting issues others miss.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SQL knowledge or willingness to acquire it quickly.
