Key Account Supervisor

About the role

Marine Elevators LLC is looking for a Key Account Supervisor to lead field service operations for marine elevator customers. The role serves as the primary contact for technicians and customers, ensuring service contracts are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control field service operations, including logistics and technician scheduling.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, handling escalations and complex service issues.
• Support business development by generating and processing sales leads.
• Resolve technical complaints, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate with multiple business areas.
• Manage invoicing disputes, reconcile financial data and ensure accurate billing.
• Conduct site audits, safety investigations and oversee third‑party inspections.
• Monitor technician performance, approve timesheets and manage overtime authorization.
• Travel up to 25% internationally and domestically to support customers and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience (7 years in elevator/marine industry).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator or people‑movement industry, preferably with marine or cruise‑ship customers.
• Proven leadership experience in finance, quality management, risk mitigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to manage complex logistics, safety compliance and customer contracts.

Required skills

• Interpretation of marine elevator diagrams and technical procedures.
• Inventory management of elevator spare parts for European supply chains.
• Knowledge of European elevator code EN81‑20 and maritime inspection requirements.
• Experience with service contract administration and warranty assignment.
• Root‑cause analysis and financial reconciliation of service invoices.
