Key Account Manager – Pharma & Life Sciences

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Appsilon you will own and grow relationships with global pharma and life‑sciences clients. You will ensure existing accounts stay with us, identify new needs and drive cross‑selling and upselling of our custom software and data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities that align with client needs.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and position Appsilon as a long‑term strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and the Head of Growth to ensure seamless communication and account visibility.
• Provide quarterly insight reports to guide Appsilon’s positioning in the Life Sciences space.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales of IT services, software, or consulting.
• Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts through renewals, upsells or cross‑sells.
• Experience working with senior decision‑makers in global pharma or life‑sciences organisations (knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory submissions is a strong advantage).
• Very good English (C1) and willingness to travel within the EU and the USA for key meetings.
