Key Account Manager – Off‑Premise (Retail)

About the role

As an Off‑Premise Key Account Manager you will lead the growth of high‑value retail partnerships for Moët Hennessy and Diageo brands. You will be responsible for expanding distribution, increasing market share and driving profitability across multi‑unit accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow key accounts by increasing volume, market share, distribution and profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with retail buyers and senior decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute account strategies that translate business goals into measurable sales results.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve visibility and accelerate growth for priority brands.
• Partner with Trade Development, Field Sales, Retailers and Division Managers to deliver market strategies.
• Analyze performance data, spot opportunities and take decisive action.
• Manage promotional spending and evaluate effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key‑account or sales management within the wine, spirits or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong ability to influence purchasing decisions and negotiate with senior retail stakeholders.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
