Key Account Manager – Mobile Surgery Solutions

About the role

As the Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM), you will be the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers both inside and outside of the hospital. You will focus on Mobile Surgery C‑Arms and Services, identifying, developing and closing opportunities in Philips‑installed, competitive, and new‑construction labs and operating rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers, Interventional Guided Therapy, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics, and Out‑of‑Hospital Business Development teams.
• Establish territory growth plans, strategic initiatives and translate them into clear objectives and sales targets.
• Document the territory install base, create account plans, segment strategy and assess market potential.
• Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders, delivering C‑Arm demos and escalating opportunities as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of capital‑equipment sales experience selling directly into the OR and radiology environments.
• Proven solution‑selling and execution skills in a complex, team‑selling environment.
• BS/BA degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel within Maryland, West Virginia and the Pittsburgh, PA area.
