Key Account Manager – Hospital Pharma (Miami)

About the role

The Key Account Manager (Hospital/Pharma) will drive sales performance, protocol development and contracting for Nestlé Health Science’s GI pharmaceutical platform across the Miami territory. The role focuses on building relationships with hospital systems, clinics and specialty pharmacies to expand the GI therapy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans, identifying key decision makers, influencers and discharge protocols within hospital accounts.
• Educate healthcare providers on the novel GI therapy (Vowst) and drive growth among GI/Critical Care targets.
• Collaborate with IDN hospital personnel on transition of care and discharge protocols.
• Utilize sales reporting systems for call preparation, activity tracking and market intelligence.
• Organize and deliver educational meetings for healthcare professionals on GI and nutrition topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Nursing, Dietetics, MBA or Pharm.D. highly preferred.
• 6‑7+ years of pharma sales experience selling specialty medical products into hospitals.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage strategic accounts.
• Strong business acumen with financial and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 50‑70% within the territory.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Salesforce and Circana.
