Key Account Manager – Cardiac & Vascular (Louisville, KY)

About the role

As the Cardiac & Vascular Key Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for service line leaders in cardiovascular, surgery and operating‑room departments. You will manage core products such as Image Guided Therapy (IGT), Mobile Surgery C‑Arms and related services while collaborating with teams across IGT‑D, CV Ultrasound, EDI Cardiology and other Philips business units.

Key responsibilities

• Establish territory growth plans, strategic initiatives and translate them into clear objectives and targets.
• Develop and continuously refine business strategy for key accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Document territory install base, create plans for breakthrough and competitive accounts, and assess market potential.
• Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders and escalating as needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including business models, product features and service offerings.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of medical capital sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular solutions.
• Demonstrated solution‑selling and execution skills in a complex, team‑selling environment.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

• Total target earnings of $187,750 – $221,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
