Junior Project Manager – Hybrid (NYC Metro) – $75‑80K

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management team in the New York City metro area. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with occasional remote work, and offers 3‑6 months of training on our Lastmile technology and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and task trackers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or scope changes, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain organized project documentation and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Track project metrics, prepare reports, and assist with resource planning and prioritization.
• Support change‑management and implementation activities for new initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
• U.S. work authorization and residence in the United States.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
• Knowledge of process‑improvement methodologies and stakeholder communication.
