Java & ReactJS Full‑Stack Developer

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Java ReactJS Developer to join its Digital Experience (DX) unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on end‑to‑end software solutions that power customer‑centric digital platforms, helping enterprises modernise their business models.

Key responsibilities

• Document and analyse business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Participate in design discussions, capture design decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test and integrate new features using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, micro‑services, Kafka, MongoDB and ReactJS.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories and ensure system stability.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage the full SDLC from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Hands‑on coding experience with a focus on design quality.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
