Java & Python Developer – Boston, MA

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java and Python Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Boston. You will work on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, delivering innovative software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, create process documentation and translate specifications into code.
• Develop, refine and document new software applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects and support performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance.
