Infosys is seeking a Java Production Support Engineer to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Java‑based applications that support banking, wealth management and insurance clients, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Document and clarify business requirements and design decisions for assigned modules.
• Develop, test and integrate new features or updates into existing Java applications.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and apply changes to improve stability.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for new releases.
• Resolve production incidents promptly and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to handle end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering through implementation.
