About the role

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Lead design discussions, capture architectural decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features into existing Java applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for smooth software adoption.
• Resolve production issues promptly and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
