About the role

Join Wildflower Farms, a premier retreat in New York’s Hudson Valley, as an Itinerary Designer. You will craft personalized travel experiences that showcase the region’s natural beauty, cultural attractions, and adventure opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and budget.
• Research and stay up‑to‑date on local cultural, historical, and recreational destinations.
• Coordinate transportation, lodging, activities, and other logistics into seamless itineraries.
• Develop and manage travel budgets, presenting options that align with guest expectations.
• Create detailed, visually appealing itineraries that include reservations, contact details, and essential documents.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients throughout the planning process.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience as a Trip Designer, Concierge, or Guest Services Agent in luxury adventure travel.
• Strong service etiquette, protocol knowledge, and professional communication skills.
• Thorough familiarity with the Hudson Valley area, including recreation opportunities, restaurants, events, and points of interest.
