IT Support Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our global team at GenGen. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting a mixed Mac and Windows environment, A/V conference rooms, hardware imaging, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Apple, Windows, iOS, A/V and video‑conferencing hardware and software issues.
• Assist with imaging, re‑imaging, configuration and deployment of devices.
• Maintain conference‑room A/V installations and office wiring.
• Document technical problems and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Create and update user guides, system documentation and process manuals.
• Support IT organization projects such as e‑waste and equipment recycling.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree program.
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with IT networking principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
