IT Support Engineer (Founding Level)

About the role

Rox is building an AI‑native revenue operating system and is looking for a founding‑level IT Support Engineer to join its San Francisco office. You will be the primary hands‑on IT professional, managing day‑to‑day support, automating repetitive tasks, and establishing the foundations for a scalable IT function.

Key responsibilities

• Own the support queue for the San Francisco office, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and evolve the enterprise identity stack, including Okta and Google Workspace.
• Manage employee identity and application lifecycle, including SCIM integrations.
• Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions and compliance enforcement.
• Automate recurring IT tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support security and compliance initiatives for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Required profile

• Hands‑on troubleshooter with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Comfortable owning problems end‑to‑end in a fast‑growing environment.
• Ability to set processes and tooling from the ground up.

Required skills

• Okta identity management.
• Google Workspace administration.
• SCIM integration for SaaS applications.
• Endpoint management and compliance tooling.
• Automation/scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for repetitive tasks.
