IT Support Associate II – Ops Tech Solutions

About the role

As an IT Support Associate II you will provide technical assistance to Amazon Operations facilities, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues across multiple buildings. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, continuously learning new technologies while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the site.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used throughout Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and follow procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires on IT tools and processes.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve support.
• Support customers in multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 lb and standing or walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach motions.
• Experience in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
• At least 1 year of support experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems, or equivalent.
