IT Specialist

About the role

Seekr is looking for a service‑driven IT Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Reston, VA. You will provide technical support to end‑users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure client machines according to company standards.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and applications.
• Track, manage, and organize IT equipment inventory.
• Create, monitor, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Respond to user inquiries and deliver prompt solutions.
• Administer user accounts for internal and external systems.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding tasks for employees.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ are a plus.
