IT Laboratory Operations Support & Digital Solutions

Key responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations solutions for asset tracking, workflow scheduling and resource management; improve efficiency, automate processes and coordinate onboarding of new labs and users.
• Provide functional coordination for mobile device solutions, tablets, printers and barcode technologies; handle onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting and adoption of new technologies.
• Act as liaison between business users, product owners and technical teams; conduct requirement workshops, develop documentation, and support change‑management and user‑adoption initiatives.
• Support equipment automation solutions and integration with applications; troubleshoot workflow issues, coordinate onboarding of new equipment, test and validate enhancements, and maintain documentation.
• Manage laboratory application security, user access and role‑based controls; coordinate provisioning, access reviews, audit readiness, remediation of findings and promote security best practices.
• Provide global operational support across multiple locations; participate in issue triage, problem management, monitor support trends and assist with escalation management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or Application Analyst.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
