About the role
We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join a global asset manager’s private real‑estate team. The role will support the launch of new funds, assist in product development and create marketing materials while acting as a key point of contact for investors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives and coordinate new fund launches.
- Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Participate in investor meetings and presentations.
- Conduct competitive market analysis of peer funds.
- Prepare investor reports and analyse feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communications.
- Assist in marketing efforts and the preparation of presentation materials.
- Support the due‑diligence process for prospective investors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in investor relations, capital formation or at a placement agent.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
