Intern, D&L Trade Compliance Data Analyst

About the role
The intern will support the Distribution & Logistics team by gathering, analysing and auditing trade compliance data. This role involves close collaboration with internal supply‑chain colleagues and external freight forwarders to ensure accurate customs reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain standard templates for data collection across the D&L function.
- Work with external partners to collect, organise and benchmark performance data.
- Audit freight forwarder documentation and assist in monthly customs compliance reporting.
- Generate management reports and support SOP development for new projects.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or equivalent with strong analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of air and ocean freight forwarding or customs compliance is an advantage.
- Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail.
