About the role

We are a top AD100 luxury design firm seeking an intermediate architect to join our residential practice. You will work on high‑end residential developments, bespoke custom homes, and exclusive environments such as Hamptons mansions, yachts, and private jets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts through construction documents for luxury residential projects.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Produce 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers in a small, highly collaborative studio.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience on all phases of high‑end residential design, especially custom single‑family homes for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and contribute to a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
