Intermediate Contracts Analyst

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Intermediate Contracts Analyst to support its Finance and Contracts Administration team. The position is open to current University of Arkansas System employees, including student workers and graduate assistants. The analyst will play a key role in managing contract documentation and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and maintain contracts related to university operations and research projects.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and program staff to verify contract terms and financial obligations.
• Maintain accurate contract records in the university’s system and generate reports as needed.
• Assist in the resolution of contract-related inquiries and issues.
• Support the preparation of contract summaries for senior management.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants).
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
