Interim Resident Services Coordinator – Vora Mission Valley East

About the role

The Interim Resident Services Coordinator supports the Vora Mission Valley East community by delivering high‑quality customer service to prospective and current tenants and assisting property staff with resident‑focused initiatives. This position ensures a welcoming living experience while maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide accurate information about the property.
• Assist property staff in planning and executing resident activities and events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date resident records using property management software.
• Promote a positive living environment and address resident concerns promptly.
• Work Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm, with required weekend availability.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of customer service or resident‑handling experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi or Rent Cafe property management platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or Happy Co software.
