About the role

Fathom Management is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, and support scalable integrations across enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments. This remote, full‑time position works across the entire integration lifecycle, from design through production support.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement backend services and APIs using modern languages.
Develop, test, deploy, and monitor integrations in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Utilize enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Apigee, Kong, Workato, or BizTalk.
Apply integration patterns (event‑driven, pub/sub, hub‑and‑spoke, point‑to‑point, ESB, iPaaS).
Ensure API security with OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and API keys.
Manage message queues, asynchronous processing, and event streaming.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across heterogeneous systems.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and multi‑environment deployments.

Required profile

U.S. citizenship required.
3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
Recent experience with backend development and API integration.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Salary range $110,000–$120,000 annually (USD)
Fully remote work arrangement
