About the role
The Integrated Operations Lead will drive business development and service delivery for Kelly’s strategic client Johnson & Johnson across its affiliate sites. Working in a hybrid model from Raynham, MA, you will act as the central hub for operations, aligning online tools with sales and recruitment initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize Hubspot, JJEDs, Fieldglass and KSN daily for strategic alignment, reporting and contact management.
- Collaborate with OOP Sales teams, IOL peers and Managed Solutions teams on local and global business strategies.
- Lead initial partner meetings, identify outsourcing opportunities and route them to sales leadership.
- Support current contractors, address operational challenges and coordinate with on‑site/off‑site teams.
- Oversee daily service delivery follow‑up for recruitment efforts and communicate issues to the OOP team.
- Maintain stakeholder strategy documentation, including organizational mapping and data mining.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or integrated operations within a staffing or consulting environment.
- Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
