About the role

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part‑time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Colorado. This field‑based role offers flexible hours and the ability to work independently while conducting on‑site inspections for insurance underwriting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features.
• Assess property conditions, identify potential hazards, and gather accurate data for underwriting decisions.
• Compile thorough underwriting survey reports and submit them remotely in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and perform administrative work remotely.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, smartphones, and Windows‑based laptops.

What we offer

• Flexible, independent 1099 contract with hours from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday‑Saturday.
• Pay rate of $20–$28 per billable hour.
