About the role

KONE is seeking an Installation Superintendent to lead local installation operations in Lombard, IL. You will oversee construction sites, ensure safety compliance, and provide learning opportunities for your team.

Key responsibilities

Guide the installation team on construction sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements and building systems.
Coordinate with general contractors, manage resources, subcontractors, and schedules to meet project milestones.

Required profile

Minimum 5 + years of construction experience, preferably supervising union‑represented crews.
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Required skills

Understanding of building code requirements.
Familiarity with building systems and construction site operations.
