About the role
Alcon is seeking an Inside Service Representative to support US Vision Care on a remote basis. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, market share, and resource utilization for an assigned territory through phone‑based interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for the territory and therapeutic areas.
- Identify and engage decision‑makers, delivering tailored messages with appropriate frequency.
- Utilize available technologies and channels to support sales calls and ensure product awareness.
- Deploy approved marketing and sales promotional materials and programs.
- Provide product expertise to facilitate clinical discussions and differentiate Alcon from competitors.
- Allocate resources such as samples and marketing materials effectively.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Marketing, and other functions to meet sales objectives.
- Collect and share customer insights and feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to Integrity, Compliance, and all company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 8 years, Associate + 4 years, M.S.).
- Willingness to relocate within 9‑12 months to one of several US states.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to adapt approaches based on customer needs and market dynamics.
