Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Slice is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help local pizzerias adopt its full‑suite technology platform. You will be the primary point of contact, educating owners on the benefits of online ordering, phone solutions, and Slice supplies, and guiding them through the sales and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new pizzeria accounts across the United States.
• Conduct phone‑based sales cycles, including occasional video product demos.
• Onboard customers and ensure successful implementation of online ordering and related services.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and multinational sales team to meet targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in SMB or restaurant‑tech environments.
• Consistently top‑performing with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Goal‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup.
• Excellent communication skills, able to lead pitches and adapt messaging to owner pain points.

Required skills

• Strong phone and video presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
