About the role

Infosys is seeking an Informatica IDMC Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on data integration and ETL projects that support AI‑driven solutions for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Lead design discussions, capture architectural decisions, and guide the development team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features or updates while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and apply changes to the codebase.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyze outcomes, and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth deployments.
• Resolve production incidents and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
