Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Freelance)

About the role

Newhouse, a leading independent marketing and communications agency, is seeking a freelance Influencer Marketing Coordinator. You will work closely with the strategy team to design and execute influencer campaigns for high‑profile entertainment, automotive, finance and DTC clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy to develop engaging influencer campaign concepts.
• Research and compile targeted influencer lists aligned with campaign KPIs.
• Write detailed creator briefs that convey program objectives and creative direction.
• Assist in negotiating and finalising influencer contracts.
• Onboard creators and manage their integration into broader marketing programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and their representatives, handling daily communication.
• Monitor creator content to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Stay current on social media and creator trends.
• Support budget tracking to maintain campaign profitability.
• Attend and support in‑person creator events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role at a brand or agency.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data analysis tools.
• Excellent presentation skills, particularly with Google Slides.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
